Mix Ideas: Zoom Zoom at the Richard Petty Driving Experience

Utilizing the H3 Hummer Xtreme we were able to combine the Richard Petty Driving Experience’s “need-for-speed” with Mix on Wheel’s “music in motion” style of entertainment.

One thing is for sure, Mix on Wheels definitely made pulses race this past fall at the Richard Petty Driving Experience, an adrenaline-pumping thrill of a lifetime adventure located at the Walt Disney World Resort® in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Mix on Wheels provided the soundtrack for numerous events at the 1-mile, tri-oval speedway. Because our vehicles don’t need an external power source, we were able to rock it out IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SPEEDWAY! How cool is that?

For the first event we utilize our Hummer Xtreme, in the middle of the racetrack we were able to provide immersive sound that accommodated the entire venue as well as streamed sports games via our LCD screens.  The 2^nd event held primarily in the perimeter garages, where space was a major issue, our newly debuted Mini Cooper Clubman came to the rescue.

We even were able to stream the Alabama football game event on the LCD screens- on the H3 Hummer Xtreme in the middle of the racetrack.

The capabilities are endless for any type of outdoor event with Mix on Wheels.

Staff in Motion: Jason Gabel

Account Executive and Part-time Mix on Wheels DJ Jason Gabel is not just an entertainer, he is a true trailblazer. As a Director-at-Large on the ISES Orlando Chapter Board of Directors, he is an experienced event professional committed to professionalism and impacting the future of the special events industry in engaging and creative ways.

He extends these ideals to his role as an Account Executive for Mix on Wheels and is a fantastic ambassador for our company.

Staff in Motion: Charles Miles

Mix on Wheels innovator and founder, Charles Miles is a 20-year veteran of the mobile entertainment industry and clearly stands out as one of the nation’s most innovative and exciting entertainers.

Prestigious event industry award makes “Music in Motion” concept a certified event reality

Mix on Wheels proudly accepted the award for “Best Industry Innovation” at the 2011 International Special Events Society (ISES) annual Esprit Awards Gala on August 6, 2011. The ISES Esprit Awards honor and celebrate visionaries and trailblazers of the special event industry in categories such as planning, creativity, management, and solutions.

The only ISES Esprit Award winner from the state of Florida, Mix on Wheels makes the planning process of an event logistically more simple by providing an innovative, all-inclusive, self-contained mobile solution capable of executing those sought after “wow” entertainment elements such as breathtaking lighting, heart-pumping music and vibrant video presentations.
